1. CarTreats.com warrants to only the original owner a lifetime structural
warranty which its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal operating conditions.
2. CarTreats.com Agrees to replace or repair any product that is said to
be damaged under normal operating conditions after inspection through our technical
specialists. CarTreats.com agrees to repair or replace wheels at its own
discretion without any charge.

Return Policy. Warranty terms are also subject to those conditions.
3. A return authorization number, receipt, and proof of purchase must accompany
any returned parts.
4. CarTreats.com does not warrant:
Any wheel/product that has been altered or repaired in any manner.
Cosmetic flaws and/or corrosion caused by car wash, chemicals, climate conditions,
caustic chemicals, and negligence.
Wheels/products that have been subject to road hazards, potholes, accident,
off-road use, abuse, curbing, and/or negligence.
Any damages incurred during shipping.
5. CarTreats.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, incidental or consequential
damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use or repair of the product.
In any case, CarTreats.com maximum liability shall not, in any case, exceed
the contract price for the products claimed to be defective or unsuitable.
6. There will NOT be any other warranties implied and represented by other than
those outlined in this warranty agreement.
